From a home kitchen to a Cooking School loved around the world

My passion for cooking started early, when I was only 14 years old and spent hours next to my mother, Titina, learning the secrets of true Neapolitan cooking from her.
After some work experience, in 2003 I decided to follow my heart and open my own cooking school in Sorrento. This is how La Cucina del Gusto was born, a Cooking school designed to give tourists on holiday an authentic Italian experience, made of fresh ingredients, traditional recipes and lots of conviviality.
The enthusiasm was immediate, especially from my American guests, who always showed great affection and appreciated my work.

With time, the dream became bigger and I started to think about adding a small restaurant to the cooking school, a place that would tell my story and my flavours. In 2019, that dream became reality with the opening of La Locanda del Gusto, non tourist trap restaurant Sorrento a few steps from the centre.
Today it is a benchmark for those seeking simple, genuine and loving cuisine, enthusiastically reviewed by tourists from all over the world.
I am proud to be the fruit of my mother’s passion, commitment and love.
